We had some foundation problems on our home which is pier and beam and Kenneth came out an inspected it . He checked in the house, on the porch , and under the house and gave us a rough estimate and had his uncle come out and he drew it up and gave us an estimate . We reviewed it and set up a date to have it done. Kenneth came out with his crew and they worked on it for 2 weeks. They had to dig a lot holes for the piers under two load bearing walls and build them up. Then leveled the house and did a great job. We would recommend them to any one needing a house or building leveled. Thanks.

We are very satisfied with them. The job went well and they cleaned up and were careful. They were good and we had no problems. They did it all in one day. It was the front, back and side of the garage and them the rest of the wall that goes down to the back of the house. We had some questions where the doors would not open later that summer and we had them back in and he explained that it was the grout and the foundation. The came when they said they were coming and they responded to our calls.

I've had issues with other contractors coming out to give me estimates and not showing up. With Kenneth and his crew I got an estimate and work started on the date they gave me and completed without stopping to go to another job. During the inspection for the estimate he explain exactly what the issues were with the foundation and what it would take to level it. Kenneth and Precision recently repaired my pier and beam foundation. Totally and completely satisfied. This was the second job I used them for, the first 12 years ago. On time, professional, good communication, just honest good work. His crew took care of my property. The price was extremely reasonable. Do not hesitate to use Precision anywhere in the East Texas area.

They were here promptly on the morning the work was to be started and every day until the work was finished. They installed dust barriers on the first day to limit the dust in areas not being worked on and washed walls and floors at the end of each day to help with the mess. The work was done in 3 days as promised and they kept in constant contact with me to explain progress. Everyone was very professional and I was very pleased with the work.

We highly recommend Precision Foundation. Their company is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and exceptional. The entire experience from the initial contact to the actual repair went so well. The crew worked hard every day and took pride in their work. Mr. Everett's sons were constantly visible overseeing the job and ensuring that every detail was taken care of. In today's world so many companies cut corners and just avoid plain old hard work. Not the case with this company. I could see the pride and dedication Precision Foundation had on the job site. We were at home each day of the job and noticed the organized manner in which Trey and Taylor handled the crew. I really enjoyed talking with them. So polite and willing to answer ever question. The crew cleaned up every evening, covered each hole and washed down the side walks and drive. They went very deep with the holes, took great care and attention to the leveling process and left our home in excellent condition. What a great job! You won't be disappointed.

Positive experience start to finish. I would definitely do business with Precision again in the future. Precision was the second company I got an estimate from. I liked that they actually sent a guy under the house to examine the existing block and beams. A competitor gave me an estimate for leveling and then a rate for any blocks or beams that they had to replace. Precision had identified two issues with the existing structure and factored that into their estimate. As a result I had a much greater confidence level that there wouldn't be surprises later. On work day, the team including the owner's sons showed up at around 9am and yet apologized for being late due to a mechanical issue with their truck. The work was done quickly and efficiently and wrapped up by noon. The owner's sons were on site supervising the entire time and one of them inspected the work under the house on completion. The area was completely clean and returned to it's prior condition. Trey provided the initial consultation and estimate and was on site the entire time the work was being done. He was prompt in answering any questions I had either through e-mail prior to the work being done or on site while the work was being done.

Top notch craftsmanship. They met my expectations and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. The crew was knowledgeable and studious. The owner Kenneth knows his trade well and is a very courteous man.

They were excellent. Knowledgeable, punctual, left the area clean and they were very professional. Price was good.

They did an amazing job on our house and foundation - shored up the house and built a retaining wall behind it. Very high quality craftsmanship and work ethic.
